When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in a maintainable and sustainable approach over all else! Fad diets and quick fixes only set us up for misery and a hard rebound. If you are not able to enjoy the process and make it a lifestyle, then you are already heading for failure. We need to work hard for what we want, but we should not deprive ourselves of living life. I started my fitness journey over 9 years ago. After having my son, who is paralyzed, like any mom, I was racking my brain on how I could best help him live a long and healthy life. God spoke loud and clear to me showing me the path I needed to head down. I started on my health and fitness first. Leading by example, learning the ropes as a trainer, gaining all the knowledge I could along the way. It wasn't easy doing it on my own. I didn't have a coach or mentor to guide me. It was a lot of trial and error, and slow progress. However, those experiences was knowledge gained to better understand and help my clients through their struggles. Over the years I've had to honor to help women, men and young wheelchair athletes. To say this journey has been amazing would be an understatement. God knew how he was going to use me, not to just help my son, but to help myself and many others along the way. This journey is far from over. Do you offer one-on-one personal training?
Yes, I sure do! I offer 3 different packages for one-on-one training, 3, 6 and 12 months.
Can I purchase the subscription without having to do one-on-one training?
You sure can! The monthly subscription offers a variety of training programs to choose from that will best fit your needs and goals. The app will walk you through each day's session, so you know exactly what to do. Plus, you still have access to me via app messaging if you need anything and so I can check in on you. It's like having a personal trainer in your pocket.
What all comes with the monthly subscription?
You get so much in one app: preset workout plan that fits your needs/goals, videos and instructions on how to perform movements, nutrition tracking, water tracking, progress pictures, body weight and body measurement tracking, and private in app messaging with me directly.
Can I track my nutrition and water in the app?
Absolutely! I really love this feature, because we all know that nutrition is where massive changes can happen. It does not matter if you're a personal training client or have the monthly subscription, you get full access to the nutrition and water tracking portion.
How do I measure progress?
There are 3 main ways to track progress in the app: body weight, body measurements and my personal favorite, progress pictures. Taking advantage of all 3 will show a bigger picture of your progress than only doing 1 or none.
